SPAMAYL Schedule - Day 2
OK, so this day went a bit better, I only overslept an hour on my last nap. Here are my napping times:
9:00 AM
11:00 AM
1:30 PM
9:40 PM
2:40 AM
4:20 AM
6:40 AM
I can feel how badly my body is used to sleeping at night, I never fall into REM sleep during night naps. I’m going to try to sleep more in daytime, less at night, just adaptation-wise…
