Back to Polyphasic Sleeping

I’m back in business!

I just pulled an all-nighter and found it pretty appropriate to start SPAMAYL as of today!

For those who don’t know about it, SPAMAYL means Sleep Polyphasic As Much As You Like. It’s not really a schedule nor a pattern but it is comparable to Uberman in terms of time gain. It is basically napping when you feel the need, which gives you much better flexibility throughout the day (some people actually go 9h without napping everyday without it being a problem). It therefore removes the problem of “something coming up” and not being able to nap…

I’m curious of how you don’t fall into a schedule though… I guess the body must want to go into a 24h rythm right?

I’ll probably update this blog daily to tell you how it’s going, how many naps I managed to do, and at what times.
