SPAMAYL Schedule - Day 1

I just finished my first night as a SPAMAYL sleeper. Fail. I napped 5 times yesterday but after the 5th nap, I stayed lying on my bed kind of sleepy, thinking “Oh I should get up, this is no good… no alarm clock and I’m feeling sleepy… I shouldn’t do… zzZZZZ”. Damn it.

Here were my nap times:

  • 11:00 AM
  • 07:30 PM
  • 10:00 PM
  • 2:10 AM
  • 3:10 AM

I basically overslept for 4 hours this night, looks like it was more harmful than helpful but, whatever…

Tonight I won’t fail!
