That’s it!
It is 4:32AM and this is my third night on SPAMAYL Schedule. I failed last time because it just wasn’t the right time, my cousin was coming over etc…
I’m napping only at daytime to completely reverse my “habits” and especially to avoid oversleep. It’s just too hard to wake up after a night time nap… Very hard.
I’ve been napping 5 to 6 times at daytime, and today I hit REM twice. I am able to sleep on every nap and I haven’t overslept so far :) I don’t feel especially tired in the daytime but at night, things get a bit tougher!
I’ll try to update everyday over here…
