First Schedule Modification

It’s about midnight here, and I’ve just figured out a better schedule:

  • Core nap: 01:00 to 04:00
  • Nap: 08:00 to 08:20
  • Nap: 12:40 to 13:00
  • Nap: 18:00 to 18:20

I remembered that I bought earplugs especially for those morning renovations so I was able to move it a bit and actually get the 4-8am span I wanted. Why? Sunrise!

I get to take a nice walk on the beach at sunrise, then head back for a quick nap and off to work :)

So, I have one last hour left before I head off to my 3h core nap. I’m pretty tired, and I know how bad I will feel in a couple hours :D
