First REM Experience
I think I just hit REM on my last nap.
It’s weird to think it was that quick, and seems kind of unreal, but it seems like all the parameters were there:
- I set my alarm clock for 1:10PM
- I started my nap around 12:50PM
- I woke up at 12:59PM and before even checking out my alarm clock, I was already telling myself: “Oh shit, I just missed the alarm, I’ve been sleeping for 5 hours”.
- I checked the alarm clock and pretty much remembered some dream.
I feel like I’ve slept an entire night and that I’m already living Friday :)
It probably won’t happen again before tomorrow I guess, given that I am “well” rested now.
All right, back to work!
